KUALA LUMPUR: The MCA Youth plans to lodge a police report
today over the recording of a sex video involving former health minister Datuk
Seri Dr Chua Soi Lek.
Its secretary-general Dr Wee Ka Siong said the report
followed allegations that members of a three-man snoop squad in the party were
allegedly linked to the video.
"These are serious allegations which will reflect negatively on the party. We
have decided to be fair to everyone and lodge a report (today) at the Dang Wangi
police station so that the police can step in and investigate.
"We'll leave it to the police to find out who are the culprits rather than point
fingers."
Wee, also deputy education minister, added the party did not condone such acts
and would not hesitate to take action against those responsible.
